Zycord: Launch, Eras and Parameters

This document is the companion to Zycord: A Peer-to-Peer Network of Self-Certifying State Transitions, v2.0 (doi:10.5281/zenodo.23276637). The paper defines the mechanisms. This document states how the mainnet was launched, how the coin is issued, which era activates what, and the value of every parameter. It replaces §13 and §14 of the v1.0 paper in full; where they differ, this document governs.
