VAFB-2003-04: Vandenberg Air Force Base Rock Art Sites Assessment and Management Recommendations

This document is a report that assesses the curation needs for eight rock art sites located on Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. The report documents field investigations at eight identified rock art sites on the base, including condition assessment and management recommendations for each site, developed in partnership with the Santa Ynez Chumash Tribal Elders Council. The report also contains recommendations for the identification and protection of rock art sites, base-wide.
