This archive contains the data, code, scenario matrices, detailed calculations and technical documentation supporting the manuscript “From static PV prioritisation to evidence-updated municipal planning: Integrating demand-shape and forecast-error evidence with ELECTRE Tri-nC.” It documents the reassessment of ten municipal photovoltaic actions in Rajadell, including input provenance, evidence-to-performance calculations, sequential reassessment and sensitivity analyses.
