The research on the innovative real-time warning quality detection methods based on the relative quality index
The current smart home product testing equipment determines product quality based on whether the detection data falls within a rational range. This leads to quality control always lagging behind the production process, and in mass production, it is easy to produce batches of unqualified products. The method is challenging to adapt to high-quality production demand. Therefore, this article. It proposes a novel quality index detection method, the relative quality index (RQI), for real-time warning. This method enables the real-time analysis and comparison of detection data with historical data, facilitating tracking and monitoring, as well as the identification of anomalies in quality variations. By batch importing V8 power supply products and 27-type network hosts are batch-imported into the independent development testing equipment to conduct test experiments. The equipment collects parameters related to electrical safety performance and functional testing. Potential quality deterioration is identified based on RQI analysis, and the corresponding test information is used to support intervention in the front-end production process, intervene in the front-end production process. Compared with the traditional test method, the superior rate has increased by 5.22% and 3.13%, respectively. Meanwhile, the disqualification rates are as low as 0.26% and 0.27%, respectively. The test results demonstrate that the method is universal and feasible, achieving early warning before issuing an alarm, which ensures consistency in product quality across the same batch. It also provides a replicable way for the whole process control of the production line.
