SPEC-004: Three Falsifiable Inquiries to the LHC Program (top-spin readout · Yukawa ladder · B_s mixing constraints)
We address three falsifiable inquiries to the LHC collaborations and to CERN central liaison: (Q1) a staged precision roadmap for top-quark spin-correlation measurements (Run 3 → Long Shutdown 3 → HL-LHC), with a systematic-error decomposition of the correlation components; (Q2) a test of a specific quantized Yukawa hierarchy, Y_f = 2k + 1 (u,d,s,c,b,t = 1,3,5,7,9,11, normalized to the u quark), against global-fit quark-mass inputs and the new D0-mixing parameters; (Q3) a combined systematic-error decomposition of delta(m_s) and phi_s across Run 2–3, and an updated timeline for the MSbar-scheme direct value of the hadronic matrix element f_{Bs} sqrt(B-hat_{Bs}). Retraction conditions are stated per inquiry. Keywords:top quark; spin correlations; Yukawa coupling hierarchy; fermion masses; B_s mixing; phi_s; Delta(Gamma_s); f_{Bs}; CKM unitarity; NA62; rare kaon decays.
