Keeping virology data FAIR: Sustaining the workflows and resources that support data management
Slides from the final EVORA workshop, “Keeping virology data FAIR”. The presentation explores how research data management resources can remain useful beyond project funding, focusing on community stewardship and practical contributions by researchers. Examples from RDMkit, WorkflowHub, Galaxy and the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) illustrate how shared guidance, documented workflows and rich metadata support the long-term reuse of virology data.
