The data are analyzed descriptively by organizing and comparing information across periods and interpreting findings related to the implementation of continuous improvement. The findings indicate that the company’s continuous improvement efforts can be examined through developments in sales performance, human resource management, product innovation, quality, and customer retention efforts.
