Pengaruh Quick Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Sektor Properti dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2021-2025

This study is motivated by the high volatility of stock prices in the property and real estate sector, particularly amid macroeconomic instability and increasing corporate debt burdens. These conditions highlight the importance of evaluating company fundamentals, especially liquidity and solvency. This study aims to analyze the effects of the Quick Ratio (QR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the stock prices of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2025 period. This study employed a quantitative method with a causal-associative approach. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 28 companies observed over five years, yielding 140 observations. Secondary data were obtained from the companies’ financial statements. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that, partially, the Quick Ratio has a positive but insignificant effect on stock prices, whereas the Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, the Quick Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant effect on the stock prices of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
