Pengaruh Employee Engagement, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Relawan NGO Langkah Amanah di Tangerang

This study examines the effects of employee engagement, work environment, and job satisfaction on volunteer performance at NGO Langkah Amanah. A quantitative approach was employed using a saturated sampling technique involving 68 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that employee engagement and work environment have no significant partial effect on volunteer performance, whereas job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, employee engagement, work environment, and job satisfaction significantly affect volunteer performance (F = 51.720; p < 0.001). The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.708) indicates that 70.8% of the variation in volunteer performance is explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 29.2% is attributable to other factors beyond the scope of this study. These findings highlight the importance of job satisfaction in supporting volunteer performance within nonprofit organizations.
