PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI DAYAH SIRAJUNNISA LHOKSEUMAWE
This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction on teacher performance at Dayah Sirajunnisa Lhokseumawe. A quantitative causal-associative approach with a cross-sectional survey design was used. The population consisted of 60 teachers (ustaz and ustazah), all of whom were included as respondents through saturated sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert questionnaire, converted into interval data with the Method of Successive Interval (MSI), and analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS. The t-tests show that compensation (t = 3.357; Sig. 0.002), work environment (t = 3.960; Sig. 0.001), and job satisfaction (t = 3.066; Sig. 0.001) each have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The F-test (46.854; Sig. 0.001) confirms a significant simultaneous effect. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.716 indicates that 71.6% of the variance in teacher performance is explained by the three variables, while the remaining 28.4% is attributable to factors outside the model. Dayah management is advised to improve payment scheduling and incentive schemes, upgrade teachers' workspaces, and widen access to professional training.
