PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PEMBAYARAN BERBASIS WEBSITE UNTUK JARINGAN INTERNET UMKM BUNGA ABADI

UMKM Bunga Abadi is a WiFi hotspot internet service provider that experiences operational challenges in payment management. The payment system is still conducted conventionally without an integrated information system, causing payment receipts to be scattered, delayed verification of subscription status, and errors in financial recording. This study aims to design a website-based payment information system using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall method with Python, Django framework, and MySQL database. The system accommodates three types of users: Admin, Monthly Subscribers (login), and Voucher Customers (without login). Voucher payments use Virtual Account through the Doku payment gateway. Testing was conducted in two stages: Alpha Testing using Black Box Testing method achieved 100% success rate across 12 test scenarios, and Beta Testing using Likert scale questionnaires involving 1 admin, 5 monthly subscribers, and 5 voucher customers (11 respondents total). Expert testing results showed an average of 91% (Very Good) covering Functionality (98%), Reliability (81%), Usability (100%), Efficiency (96%), and Maintainability (81%). User testing results showed average scores of 94–98% across all aspects (Content, Accuracy, Display, Ease of Use, and Timeliness), all in the Very Good category. The system successfully automates payment management and WiFi voucher sales in an integrated manner.
