ILGI: Integrated Loop Growth Infrastructure — A Framework for Building Business Growth as Self-Reinforcing Loops
ILGI — Integrated Loop Growth Infrastructure is a framework for building business growth as a system of self-reinforcing loops rather than a sequence of campaigns. It was developed by Illia Siemak from his work as Chief Marketing Officer and later Chief Strategy Officer of Arizona Games (2018–present) and applied since 2024 to a collision repair business and its software in Los Angeles. The framework rests on four ideas — precision over volume, behavior over demographics, loops over funnels, and infrastructure over heroics — and has five working parts: three-layer segmentation (who customers are, what they do, why they do it); a precision targeting matrix (context, friction, trigger, touchpoint, signal); 4P+BT, the marketing mix paired with behavioral triggers; the Chain Impulse Loop (trigger, resonance, conversion, propagation, amplification), measured by a loop coefficient k; and a living trigger library. It is run in repeating four-to-six-week cycles on shared customer data, a metric tree, playbooks and operational software, including AI assistants. The document describes the framework's origins, applications (Arizona Games, GLG Auto Collision, BodyShop ERP, 1€ Concert), metrics, ethical limits and a glossary. The precision-targeting principle was first described publicly in March 2024; the framework was presented as ILGI (then expanded as "Integrated Linear Growth Infrastructure") in November 2025. Version 1.0 is the first complete English edition. Web edition: https://siemak.com/method/
