First Update of the Data Management Plan

This is the first update of the Data management plan (DMP), which was initially produced on M8 of the project and has now been reviewed in M19. This iteration reviews the initial consideration, and expands in particular the data management related to Third-Party Projects (3PPs). Additionally, it presents the appointment of a Data Protection Officer (DPO). This DMP is a living document that will be updated and further elaborated as the project advances.
