Quantum Rendering: A Conceptual Model of Planck-Scale Spacetime Geometry and Geometric Locality of Entanglement
Abstract This paper proposes a conceptual framework that modifies the standard interpretation of Lorentz contraction at the Planck scale. We hypothesize that if spacetime possesses a minimal structural unit — the Planck length (l_p) — the relativistic length contraction for massless particles is bounded by this limit rather than collapsing to a mathematical zero. This modification leads to a non-trivial geometric reinterpretation of quantum phenomena. We demonstrate that this bounded contraction naturally yields the Planck time (t_p) as a fundamental temporal thickness of the photon. Furthermore, we propose that this framework provides a geometric mechanism for quantum entanglement (complementary to the ER=EPR conjecture) and offers an intuitive visualization of wave-particle duality as the superposition of discrete Planck-scale spatial layers. The paper outlines the core postulates, mathematical relations, and discusses the necessary conditions for reconciling this model with Lorentz invariance and the measurement problem.
