First draft design of pilot training

This deliverable describes the first draft design, or course outline, of three pilot training courses developed under task 4.3, namely the “Soil Fauna” (advanced level), “Freshwater Fauna” (intermediate level), and “Pollinators” (basic level). These training courses are based on the methodology Train the Trainers (TTT) and involve a blended learning approach that integrates both online and in-person components. Participants will be trained by the TETTRIs consortium to become future local trainers (FLTs). The courses are designed for specific target groups. The “Soil Fauna” and “Pollinators” courses will be implemented and evaluated by the 3PPs SOILMATS and LUCE, respectively. Since there was no 3PP application for the third topic, “Freshwater Fauna” will be evaluated internally by TETTRIs partners. The evaluation feedback will be transferred to WP4 for the training framework (T.4.2) to be finalised. The courses developed by 3PPs and TETTRIs project will continue to be delivered through the CETAF-DEST infrastructure as follow-up activities, after the TETTRIs project’s lifespan.

Abstract

This deliverable describes the first draft design, or course outline, of three pilot training courses developed under task 4.3, namely the “Soil Fauna” (advanced level), “Freshwater Fauna” (intermediate level), and “Pollinators” (basic level).
