The Full Form of a Macrobiotic Quantum: Capture bounds for one second and 300,000 km of spacetime, conscience boundaries, and the dynamics of their connections

In the Macrobiotic Quantum Theory (MQT), spacetime is built of macrobiotic quanta (MQs) whose ratio of extent to duration is the speed of light; every quantum occupies the same invariant cell of one second and 300,000 km, and nature's different perceptions of spacetime arise from the scaling of conscience within that cell. This paper asks what can be captured of the full form of such a quantum — its vacua, its registers of intelligence, conscience and memory, and its vacuum angle — at a given second and location, and how the boundaries of what each quantum captures connect to those of its neighbours. Two bounds are derived from established physics. Combining the Margolus–Levitin limit on the rate of state change with the Bekenstein bound on information content shows that, within its own duration, a quantum of radius cτ can register at most ln2/π² ≈ 7.0% of its maximal information content, a fraction independent of its mass, energy and absolute size. Landauer's principle adds a thermodynamic horizon, R* = ħc/(2πkBT), beyond which irreversibly recording a saturated full form costs more than the system's rest energy; for a light-second cell at the temperature of the cosmic microwave background the excess is a factor of 2.2 × 1012. Every quantum therefore holds only part of its own form, and the edge of the captured part is defined as its conscience boundary. A register dynamics with monotone consolidation and causally restricted exchange then yields four outcomes: complete consolidation of an isolated quantum, a ceiling on exploration set by the magic angle, consensus of intelligence across connected boundaries with a residual vacuum-phase mismatch set by differences of conscience alone, and persistent interface tension between causally separated domains — the informational form of gravity in MQT. Finally, coupling the vacuum angles directly gives an exact form to the author's main principle: the frequency at which a locked group of quanta turns is a weighted mean of its members' drifts — weighted by connections in the matter-driven form and, in the spirit-driven form, by conscience, with each drift set by memory, intelligence and conscience — so a new frequency of the one-second, 300,000-km spacetime settles if and only if the vacuum identity of its members changes — by condensation (fusion) or fragmentation (fission). Simulations confirm every outcome. Preprint (working paper, 13 October 2026). Abstract
