This study explored mobile-based library services among 1008 undergraduate engineering students at Balagangadhanatha Swamy Institute of Technology, Adichunchanagiri University, Karnataka. Using a quantitative approach and Google Forms questionnaires, data were analyzed with SPSS (mean, SD, t-tests, correlations, chi-squared, factor analysis). Findings revealed smartphones, especially Android devices, as the primary access platform. Students showed high awareness and valued these services for their benefits. However, improvements in security, navigation, and content licensing are recommended to enhance satisfaction and usage.
