This reseach focuses on the effect ofemployee competence and service quality on tourist satisfaction at Taman Wisata Alam Sicike-cike. The study used quantitative data and multiple linear regresision to examine the proposed relationships. Sixty tourists were selected as respondents from a population of 153 visitors recorded during January-March 2026. Before the main analysis, the questionnaire was checked for validity and reliability. The result show that employee competence has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction (coefficient = 0.349; t = 4.684; p = 0.000) service quality also shows a positive and significant effec (coefficient = 0.258; t = 3.725; p = 0.000) the joint test gives F + 128.105 with p = 0.000 the square value of 0.818 indicates that employee competence and service quality explain 81.8% of the varition in tourist satisfaction. Employee competence has the larger standardized beta coefficient, indicating the stronger contribution in this model
