A Deterministic Relational Graph Architecture for Psychosocial Risk Assessment: Complete Methodological Suite, Mathematical Proofs, Field Implementation Guidelines, and Executable Calculation Engine (Main Paper and Technical Annexes A–E)

This repository contains the complete, publication-ready research suite, formal mathematical proofs, practitioner field guidelines, and executable calculation engine for the Relational Psychosocial Risk Assessment (PSRA) framework. Conventional psychosocial risk surveillance in occupational settings suffers from three structural failure modes: (1) arithmetic scale averages inherently dilute and conceal severe, localized employee distress ("mean-masking"), (2) conventional audits evaluate workplace stressors as isolated silos, ignoring how demands compound and resources cushion one another, and (3) standard privacy protections in small work units often force complete data suppression, blinding operational leadership. Drawing on principles from industrial safety engineering, network psychometrics, and bounded control systems, the Relational PSRA framework translates workforce feedback into auditable Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) risk coordinates through a continuous Cartesian plane pairing inherent consequence severity (S0) with observed adverse frequency (f0). The architecture evaluates 23 standardized domains (19 core COPSOQ III empirical scales and 4 operational/statutory extensions) connected via an empirical degree-normalized coupling matrix with guaranteed mathematical stability (||W~||_∞ ≤ 1.0). High-consequence interpersonal hazards (bullying, harassment, violence) are protected by non-linear asymmetric safety clamps preventing reported abuse from being discounted by positive amenities. Dual evidence pathways balance internal lived experience against external societal population norms via variational quadratic discrepancy minimization. The uploaded package constitutes the complete six-tier modular architecture: 1. Main Research Paper: "A Deterministic Relational Graph Architecture for Psychosocial Risk Assessment: Dual Evidence Pathways, Architectural Plasticity, and Ethical Safeguards under Professional Judgment" (Comprehensive conceptual and empirical narrative). 2. Technical Annex A: "Applied Systems Specification of the Relational PSRA Architecture" (Algorithmic formulation, continuous iso-risk hyperbolas, group tallying, and piecewise linear matrix engines). 3. Technical Annex B: "Formal Mathematical Foundations and Structural Audit Conditions" (Definitive algebraic proofs including the Matrix Commutation Theorem, continuous variance equations, asymptotic parameter spaces, and 13 software certification gates). 4. Technical Annex C: "Calibration Provenance, Benchmark Registry, Architectural Plasticity, and Governance" (Epistemic parameter classification, five-stage matrix reconstruction proving positive semidefiniteness at λ_min = 0.2133, 135-country benchmark database, and clinical sovereignty governance). 5. Technical Annex D: "Practical User and Governance Guideline" (Operational field manual, two-layer input model, four-color visual code, 13-step assessment SOP, diagnostic state-space interpretation, primary prevention action library under the OSH Hierarchy of Controls, and IT blueprints for hardware-enforced ephemeral privacy). 6. Technical Annex E (Annex_E.xlsx): Live, open-access enterprise calculation engine operationalizing the complete 23-domain network model, interactive dashboard, sensitivity analysis tools, and real-time verification of all 13 software audit gates. 7. Abstract

This repository contains the complete, publication-ready research suite, formal mathematical proofs, practitioner field guidelines, and executable calculation engine for the Relational Psychosocial Risk Assessment (PSRA) framework. Conventional psychosocial risk surveillance in occupational settings suffers from three structural failure modes: (1) arithmetic scale averages inherently dilute and conceal severe, localized employee distress ("mean-masking"), (2) conventional audits evaluate workplace stressors as isolated silos, ignoring how demands compound and resources cushion one another, and (3) standard privacy protections in small work units often force complete data suppression, blinding operational leadership. Drawing on principles from industrial safety engineering, network psychometrics, and bounded control systems, the Relational PSRA framework translates workforce feedback into auditable Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) risk coordinates through a continuous Cartesian plane pairing inherent consequence severity (S0) with observed adverse frequency (f0). The architecture evaluates 23 standardized domains (19 core COPSOQ III empirical scales and 4 operational/statutory extensions) connected via an empirical degree-normalized coupling matrix with guaranteed mathematical stability (||W~||_∞ ≤ 1.0). High-consequence interpersonal hazards (bullying, harassment, violence) are protected by non-linear asymmetric safety clamps preventing reported abuse from being discounted by positive amenities. Dual evidence pathways balance internal lived experience against external societal population norms via variational quadratic discrepancy minimization. The uploaded package constitutes the complete six-tier modular architecture: 1. Technical Annex B: "Formal Mathematical Foundations and Structural Audit Conditions" (Definitive algebraic proofs including the Matrix Commutation Theorem, continuous variance equations, asymptotic parameter spaces, and 13 software certification gates). 4. Technical Annex C: "Calibration Provenance, Benchmark Registry, Architectural Plasticity, and Governance" (Epistemic parameter classification, five-stage matrix reconstruction proving positive semidefiniteness at λ_min = 0.2133, 135-country benchmark database, and clinical sovereignty governance). 5.
