Zero-Defect Tunnelling via Zulfia Decomposition Mapping: Framework of Perpetual Impact Implementation System
The extension of micro-level dynamics to macro-level outcomes, recently dis-cussed in the context of Hall-Woodford type framework Smacro = f (Mmicro), suf-fers from structural defects during aggregation. This paper establishes Zero-DefectTunnelling as a solution via Zulfia Decomposition Mapping (ZDM) under the Per-petual Impact Implementation System (PIIS). We define micro-level structure asFmicro,i = (ηi, δi, ∆i) where ηi is potential, δi is friction, and ∆i is alignment gap.We prove that lossless transfer occurs iff the PIIS condition Ti = 1 ⇐⇒ ∆i = 0is satisfied. Consequently, the macro-level functional form emerges as Fmacro =∑︁i Ti · Smicro,i with zero-defect. ZDM is shown tog be the necessary structuralfoundation for PIIS. This unifies ZDM → PIIS → Tunnelling as a single causalchain.
