A Five-Phase Framework for Human Transformation
Human transformation is more than setting goals or changing a few behaviors. It is a deeper process of understanding ourselves, recognizing the patterns that shape our lives, discovering what truly matters to us, developing our capabilities, and bringing meaningful change into the way we live and work. The Omraie Intervention Model (OMR) offers a five-phase framework for understanding and supporting this process: Observe, Understand, Match, Raise, and Align. Each phase addresses a different aspect of transformation, while all five work together to support a more coherent and sustainable process of growth. Developed by Prof. Dr. Reza Omraie, the model offers a perspective on human development that may be relevant to personal growth, coaching, education, leadership, and organizational development. This work introduces the model's core ideas, its five phases, and its potential applications. OMR is presented as a conceptual framework that invites further exploration and scientific evaluation. Future research will be needed to examine how the model works in practice and what outcomes it may support across different contexts.
