Synthecracy: An Open Methodology for Collective Intelligence and Societal Self-Learning
Synthecracy is an open methodology for collective intelligence and societal self-learning. It explores how ideas, knowledge, and people can be connected through continuous communication, structured dialogue, analysis, synthesis, decision-making, and learning from results. The methodology examines the role of artificial intelligence as a supporting communication and knowledge-processing layer that helps people organize information, formulate ideas, evaluate outcomes, and improve collective processes while preserving human agency and responsibility. Synthecracy is presented as an evolving framework for civic participation, collaborative problem-solving, and the development of adaptive social systems. It invites further research, critical discussion, experimentation, and practical application across different cultural and institutional contexts. This work is published in English and Ukrainian.
