Partner and Partnership in Society: Basic Elements and Structural Functional Models

The relevance of the study is related to the importance of partnerships in meeting needs and their role in ensuring socio-economic, political, and security stability. In modern conditions, the level of partnership formation in several socially significant areas is still insufficient to effectively respond to growing global risks and threats. The quality of partnerships is of fundamental importance in ensuring the competitiveness, security, and sustainability of individuals and social systems. The study aims to theoretically analyze the content of the concepts “partner” and “partnership”, identifying their most important elements and explaining their importance in the formation and functioning of partnerships in conditions of changing threats and opportunities. The tasks of the study are: 1. to analyze the interpretations of the concepts “partner” and “partnership” in the scientific literature, identifying their structural and functional features; 2. to study and systematize the structural-functional models of partnership at various levels of society (individual, organization, institution, society); 3. evaluate the practical aspects of the formation and functioning of partnerships, identifying the main challenges, risks and development opportunities.
