PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMUNIKASI, DAN KERJA SAMA TIM TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI MAS DARUL ULUM AL MUNAWWARAH LHOKSEUMAWE
This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of leadership, communication, and teamwork on teacher performance at MAS Darul Ulum Al Munawwarah Lhokseumawe. The research problem stems from sub-optimal teacher discipline, unclear organizational communication flows, and low teacher participation in institutional activities. A quantitative associative approach was applied. The population consisted of all 30 teachers, who were all included as respondents through total sampling (N = 30). Primary data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity (r-calculated > r-table 0.361) and reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.60). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity), and multiple linear regression with t-test and F-test. Mean scores were 28.77 (SD = 3.234) for teacher performance, 23.50 (SD = 2.345) for leadership, 23.67 (SD = 2.832) for communication, and 23.43 (SD = 2.712) for teamwork. The regression results show that leadership, communication, and teamwork have positive and significant effects on teacher performance, both partially and simultaneously, with a coefficient of determination of 0.670. Teamwork has the largest regression coefficient (0.320). These findings underline the importance of clear leadership support and direction, open vertical and horizontal communication channels, and stronger team commitment and collaboration in improving teachers’ professionalism.
