Reliability characterization and evaluation method of track system based on dynamic inspection data

The ballastless track has been widely used in China for more than 10 years. The investigation shows that the ballastless track structure is in good condition at present, but with the increase of the service time of the track, various defects appear in the track system. Although these defects occur in an accidental period at present, long-term service will still affect the reliability of the railway track system. In order to prevent the influence of track system reliability change on track service safety, in this study, the defect types of various components of high-speed railway ballastless track system are systematically investigated, and the influence of various defects on track-vehicle system is analyzed. By combing the existing dynamic inspection equipment, inspection system and inspection index, and summarizing the existing system reliability analysis methods, the reliability characterization and evaluation method of high-speed railway ballastless track system based on dynamic inspection data is put forward based on the classification idea and Weibull distribution. Finally, the reliability calculation results of a section of high-speed rail ballastless track system are given by using this method, which provides a preliminary basis for future track system reliability evaluation and scientific operation and maintenance decision-making.
