Hyper-Elevation of Game Theory: Variational Inequalities, Rough Operator Equilibrium, and Topological Dynamics via URRHC
Classical game theory—spanning non-cooperative normal-form games, incomplete information Harsanyi type spaces, and dynamic evolutionary learning—relies heavily on topological fixed-point theorems (Brouwer, Kakutani, Glicksberg) and measure-theoretic probability. These classical tools suffer from severe non-constructiveness, PPAD-completeness, measurable selection pathologies, and dynamic divergence. In this paper, we systematically subsume and hyper-elevate game-theoretic equilibria into the Universal Recursive Rough Homotopic Calculus (URRHC) operating within the SMA-∞ Topos. By formulating strategic interactions as Monotone Variational Inequalities (VI) over Rough Non-commutative Algebraic Geometry (RNAG) spaces, we bypass fixed-point limitations. We prove general existence theorems using Universal Rough Operator Algebra (UROA) and resolve incomplete information anomalies via the Seonggil Holographic Information Dimension (SHID).An executable Python simulation implementing the Proximal-Point VI algorithm for robust equilibrium computation is provided.
