Evidence-Gated Digital Asset Intelligence and Blockchain Risk Assessment: A Time-Bounded Observational Case Study of KriptoAman and ZEVARYQ Network

Digital-asset intelligence combines market-data services, blockchain remote-procedure-call (RPC) endpoints, block explorers and operational monitoring. Such sources have different failure modes, so a successful process result cannot alone establish information freshness or network readiness. This observational technical note uses claim-specific evidence categories to examine selected, time-bounded public records from KriptoAman and ZEVARYQ Network. Existing GitHub Actions logs and policy documents, dated 8–13 October 2026, were inspected without changing production systems. A market-quality run recorded 4,986 assets and a snapshot age of 2,048,114 ms, exceeding the project-defined 900,000-ms threshold. A different workflow completed successfully yet reported allReady=false because three required evidence categories were incomplete. Another diagnostic found matching RPC and Explorer block hashes at height 740,235, but the independent transaction-receipt probe had not been configured. Historical 24- and 72-hour observation windows also failed their project-specific acceptance rules. These examples demonstrate the importance of distinguishing job completion, data quality, sampled chain agreement and longitudinal evidence coverage. They do not establish platform superiority, independent validator finality, continuous uptime, contract security or swap readiness. A separately designed, independently reviewed comparative study is proposed for future work.
