Causal Emergence of Relativistic Invariance and Multi-Rate Relaxation from a Minimal Discrete Grammar
We present a constructive derivation of relativistic invariance, kinematic time dilation, and multi-rate dissipative relaxation emerging from an austere discrete causality grammar: ΔTrue → ΔO → ΔG. The speed of light c emerges naturally as the strict topological constraint that the causal graph G can advance at most one cut per elementary act. Time dilation is shown to be act-budget depletion along spatial displacement paths. When evaluated against 444,806 experimental points—including quantum optomechanics resonators (Nature 2024) and nonlinear electro-mechanical benchmarks—the derived opponent-coupled multi-rate relaxation matches physical observation down to 10-6 nats without free parameters.
