Complete genome sequence of Bacillus licheniformis strain Ukraine01 isolated from bovine biomaterial in Ukraine
ABSTRACT We report the complete genome sequence of Bacillus licheniformis strain Ukraine01, isolated from bovine biomaterial collected in Kharkiv, Ukraine, in 2024. This is one of the first publicly available complete genomes of a veterinary-associated B. licheniformis isolate from Ukraine, an agent of secondary infections and a valuable resource for epidemiological studies.
