Non-Commutative Rough Mechanism Design and Matching Dynamics (NC-RMDM): Superseding Envelope Theorems via Convex Duality, Optimal Transport, and Variational Incentive Inequalities
Classical mechanism design relying on differential envelope theorems and separate matching allocation theories face severe limitations in multi-dimensional types, non-linear preferences, and computational intractability. This paper establishes Non-Commutative Rough Mechanism Design and Matching Dynamics (NC-RMDM) within the SMA-∞-Topos. By integrating Universal Rough Operator Algebra (UROA), Seonggil Theory of Complex Torsion (STCT), and Rough Quantum Information Geometry (RQIG), we prove that convex duality, optimal transport plans, incentive variational inequalities, and entropic Sinkhorn iterationssystematically supersede classical market design constraints.
