Vedanta 2.0: An Integrated Theory of 'Sat' (0-Element), Triadic Dynamics, Atomic Combination, and Human-Cosmic Identity

This paper proposes a unified structural framework for the origin of existence, its cyclic journey, and the human-cosmic relationship. Modern cosmology regards the quantum vacuum or zero-point energy as the ground of matter. Vedanta 2.0 offers a philosophical attempt to identify this ground as Sat (0-Element). The paper suggests that although the formation of new atomic nuclei continues through stellar and nuclear processes, the overall matter and energy of the universe operate under a broader cyclic and structured principle. Prior to atoms, the dynamics of the three guṇas (Sat, Rajas, Tamas) were at work, giving rise to quantum fields and subsequently to atoms. Through the combination of atoms, the five great elements and living beings emerged. Finally, the paper proposes that the origin of the cosmos and the origin of life operate according to one and the same law, and that the human being is the final link in this cosmic evolution and the “seed of the cosmos,” in whom the entire cosmic consciousness and its laws are contained.
