A Three‐Layer Anti‐Reflective Film for Flexible Optoelectronic Applications

ABSTRACT High‐transparency panels are emerging as a key technology alongside the development of flexible optoelectronic devices. However, surface reflection hinders overall performance in these applications. Moreover, existing anti‐reflection methods still face challenges in simultaneously achieving high optical efficiency, mechanical robustness, and process compatibility with flexible substrates. To address these challenges, we present a polymeric 3‐layered anti‐reflection (TLAR) coating method for achieving highly reliable and transparent flexible panels. We optimally design 3‐different functional polymers with nanostructures on the top surface to obtain a gradual refractive index distribution from air to the substrate. The fabricated TLAR coating surface has been proven to have anti‐reflective properties with self‐cleaning effect and long‐term stability while maintaining flexibility. It is envisioned that the proposed TLAR method can be extended to diverse optoelectronic devices.
