Finite Energy-Conserving Frame Exchange and a Conditional Scalar Perturbation Bridge in WRRA
Documentation and communication clarification, version 0.29.1. Numerical code, input arrays, completion assumptions and results are unchanged from v0.29. In a prescribed single scalar-mode test, the Einstein 00 residual max|F|/max|S_R| is 9.9924e-9 (weighted) / 1.03691e-8 (unweighted) with the required vacuum momentum transfer, and 0.999992 without it using the same denominator. These are finite numerical consistency residuals, not zero error, observational sigma or likelihood. A separate finite source/register exchange preserves complete energy and its volume derivative. The calculation uses frozen inputs without additional optimization against observational data. Spatial occupation preparation, standard GR and the momentum-transfer recipient remain explicit completion assumptions; the model is not parameter-free in the sense of having derived all physical inputs. The 1,015,000-address count is contingent in this construction, not an observed or uniquely derived universal constant. The 128 slots are information-processing units, not physical cells. Earlier standard-completion CAMB spectra reproduce H0=67.4499 / 66.9054 km/s/Mpc and first TT peaks 220 / 221. These are separate from the new interacting mode, which has not been inserted into full radiation/recombination CAMB. Official Planck likelihood and BAO covariance tests, physical 3D address preparation and primordial power remain open; BBN values are inherited PRIMAT interpolation. The 26 mode checks and 28 computational audit checks are not empirical confirmation counts. Files contain revised English/Korean technical notes, concise progress reports, editable manuscripts and the unchanged reproducibility code/data. AI assisted implementation, computational auditing and language preparation; no independent peer review or publication recommendation is claimed.
