Operational Thermodynamic Observers: Conclusions of the Geometry–Gravity Bridge Test Program
First public archival release of the program synthesis frozen on 24 August 2026, deposited on 13 October 2026. This theoretical and computational preprint records the macro side of the Operational Thermodynamic Observers geometry–gravity bridge: finite collective geometry reconstruction, conditional Jacobson thermodynamics, matter/stress response, no-go results, preserved failures and a prospective empirical-anchor contract. The manuscript reports moving authenticated overlap records and collectively rank-nine conformal geometry in declared finite regulators, target-blind analog geometry, and reciprocal matter–geometry calculations under an inherited conditional field law. Its Einstein/Ricci and spin-two conclusions depend on the local equilibrium, horizon entropy, temperature, conservation, source and geometric premises of the standard Jacobson route. Geometry reconstruction and internally consistent evolution do not independently derive that gravitational law. The selected scalar action and perturbative calculations provide conditional matter and stress results. In the restricted asymptotic weak-field construction, complete conserved total stress fixes the normalized matter residue while one dimensionful gravitational normalization remains. The record-density no-fit argument separates logical record entropy from the unowned conversion to physical area. The statement that one normalization row remains applies to this restricted construction with its admitted premises; it does not close all native microscopic, common-source, vacuum, continuum, clock or apparatus interfaces across the program. Physical anchor remains FALSE; empirical scale rank 0; bridge vote 0. No measured Newton normalization, modified gravity, native derivation of gravity from records, completed quantum-gravity theory or experimentally established micro–macro chain is claimed. Retrospective public-data comparisons and synthetic checks are not a prospective physical anchor. The deposit preserves the original PDF and DOCX. Historical campaign counts and internal audit claims are retained as manuscript reports and were not independently rerun for this release. The complete historical source-code, raw-data and report corpus is not included; independent human review remains outstanding. The August evidence freeze predates later manuscripts and corrections and should be read within that historical scope. AI tools assisted manuscript and deposit preparation; Itay Priiz is the author. The companion microphysical manuscript is 10.5281/zenodo.23335297. The later Lean verification report, 10.5281/zenodo.23334762, checks selected finite mathematical statements from related program papers; it does not certify this synthesis or the full physical bridge.
