From Covariant Q-Interaction Dynamics to Early Black-Hole Collapse: Conditional OFT–EFT Equations, Gravitational Concentration, Trapping Criteria, and a Reproducible Calculation Program

This preprint establishes a conditional and reproducible research framework for investigating whether an independently derived Organized Field Theory (OFT) or related effective-field response can change gravitational concentration, instability thresholds, and early black-hole seed formation. It develops the next-stage calculation architecture from the companion covariant Q-interaction work, while carefully distinguishing an exact electromagnetic amplitude–configuration decomposition from genuinely additional dynamical degrees of freedom. A generic scalar–electromagnetic effective action is used as a controlled illustration of stress–energy exchange and conservation; a separate matter-era perturbation calculation derives a phenomenological growth-rate sensitivity formula. Neither example constitutes a derived OFT black-hole collapse mechanism. The preprint keeps radiation-era primordial black-hole formation separate from later astrophysical seed channels, identifies spherical Misner–Sharp mass and null-expansion diagnostics for nonlinear trapped-region formation, and specifies required initial data, convergence tests, consistency gates and observational null comparisons. It is a first public theoretical research framework (Version 1.0), not a proof of Q-induced black-hole formation. Completion of the parent EFT dynamics and a stable, covariantly conserved field response remain prerequisites for a genuine collapse solution.
