Lean Practices as Drivers of Organizational Growth and Financial Performance
The Toyota Production System (TPS) is the source of lean tactics, which have developed into a general management concept with the goals of reducing waste, increasing productivity, and promoting continuous improvement. With an emphasis on data from 2020–2025 from the manufacturing, service and digital sectors, this study investigates how lean implementation affects organizational growth and profit margins. In order to evaluate how lean techniques contribute to operational excellence and financial results, the study uses a literature survey, conceptual analysis, case studies and statistical models. Results show that companies that implement lean strategies have notable increases in productivity, quality, cost reduction and customer happiness, which result in long-term growth in their profit margins and market expansion. Cultural misalignment, upfront investment obstacles and resistance to change are among the difficulties. The article ends by providing future research directions and strategic advice for managers looking to match lean with long-term profitability goals.
