Hardware Implementation of ECF Absolute Time Theory: Autonomous Relativistic Effect Removal Reference Clock
This whitepaper proposes a novel system architecture that physically measures "Absolute Time (AT)" in space by completely eliminating the time dilation effects (frequency shifts due to variations in proper time) prescribed by General Relativity. This technology overcomes the physical limitations of existing frequency-dependent timing devices, such as atomic clocks, and provides a blueprint for a "fully autonomous navigation system" for deep space probes and next-generation Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) that operates entirely independently of external communications (e.g., ground reference stations).
