Non-Equilibrium Holographic Brane Cosmology in AdS5. II: Bulk Angular Momentum, Bianchi Type IX Regular Bounce, and CMB Parity-Odd Imprints
We extend the non-equilibrium holographic cosmological framework of Karch-Randall 3-branes embedded in an AdS5 bulk by relaxing the static constraint and incorporating stationary bulk angular momentum (J5 ≠ 0). Working on a five-dimensional Kerr-AdS5 background with equal-spin parameters (a1 = a2 ≡ a), the spatial isometry group is enhanced to ℝ × SU(2) × U(1), yielding a cohomogeneity-1 geometry that induces an anisotropic, homogeneous Bianchi Type IX cosmological metric on the comoving brane. By projecting the five-dimensional electric Weyl tensor via the modified Shiromizu-Maeda-Sasaki equations, we show that the negative dark radiation term (-μ5/R⁴) remains invariant at leading order, providing the repulsive geometric energy density required to arrest the contraction, while an off-diagonal current ℰ₀₃⁽⁵⁾ ∝ μ5 a / R⁴ injects an effective cosmological frame-dragging. We prove that the repulsive, quadratic extrinsic curvature jump term (Π_μν ∝ -ρ²/ρ_crit ~ a⁻⁸) strictly dominates over the anisotropic shear kinetic density (σ² ~ a⁻⁶), completely suppressing chaotic Kasner/BKL instabilities and guaranteeing a smooth, simultaneous quantum bounce at a_min. During the subsequent inflationary expansion, cosmic shear is damped as Ω_σ ∝ e⁻⁶ᴺ, rigorously recovering spatial flatness and isotropy on sub-horizon scales, whereas residual cosmic vorticity decays at the slower rate ω ∝ e⁻²ᴺ. This differential decay mechanism preserves a frozen parity-violating imprint on the largest angular scales (k ≲ k_bounce), providing a natural dynamical origin for the observed alignment of the CMB quadrupole and octopole (ℓ = 2, 3, the "Axis of Evil"). Finally, we demonstrate that the model satisfies current global vorticity bounds from Planck (ω₀/H₀ ~ 10⁻⁴⁸ ≪ 10⁻¹⁰) and yields a distinct, falsifiable signature in odd-parity CMB polarization cross-spectra (C_ℓ^{TB}, C_ℓ^{EB} ≠ 0) at low multipoles (ℓ ≤ 5) with an effective birefringence angle β_rot ~ 0.2°–0.5°, within the target sensitivity of upcoming polarization experiments.
