(Short Paper00) Bio-QPU Theory 2.0 Axiomatic System: Inte grated Formulation of the Autonomous Analog Synchroniza tion System Based on "LUCA's Theorem" and the "Life Code"

The theory proposing biological systems as an “in vivo analog quantum synchronizer (phase synchronizer: Bio-QPU)” rather than a computer has elucidated the massively parallel phase processing mechanisms in vivo using intracellular nuclear spins. This paper proposes fundamental axioms and core vocabulary to elevate this theory from a “digital processing model” to a “macroscopic life model that resonates with the physical laws of the universe and tolerates fluctuations (Bio-QPU Theory 2.0)”. By redefining the entire biological system as an “analog quantum synchronizer,” we systematize fundamental concepts such as “LUCA’s Theorem,” which defines the existential purpose of life, the “Glial OS,” which adjusts only specific dimensions to the environment through selective decoherence using chemical triggers, and the “Life Code (the drive recorder of life),” which guarantees the continuity of memory and consciousness, under the common axis of “phase noise rejection”. This provides a powerful, testable, and novel academic paradigm.
