Knowledge transfer models: university technological and social entrepre-neurship

The transfer of university knowledge and technologies is carried out in the platform economy based on models that are centered around startups. The ecosystem of university entrepreneurship, which includes technological and social entrepreneurship, is examined through the target indicator of developing their analytical models, which are characteristic of Russian practice. The developed analytical models of knowledge transfer in the field of university technological and social entrepreneurship are differentiated according to a group of six indicators; commonalities have been identified in terms of theoretical foundations and transfer standards, as well as differences in the following areas: organizational and legal forms; intellectual property objects; specialized standards; ecosystems. The significance of the ecosystem concept and the collaborative consumption concept for the development of two types of university entrepreneurship is being studied. Differentiated analytical models of knowledge transfer in the field of university technological and social entrepreneurship are proposed, using Russian practice as an example. The differentiation of analytical models reflects the process of formation and development of the status of a university technological entrepreneur based on the target business tasks of the university partner and the university’s internal R&D activities; the status of a university social entrepreneur for addressing the social challenges of the region, without seeking profit, relying on the experience of university volunteering (volunteer work). Further research is projected, aimed at taking into account the factors influencing each type of university entrepreneurship, with the goal of increasing the efficiency of university knowledge transfer and developing knowledge transfer models. The developed analytical models of knowledge transfer in the field of university technological and social entrepreneurship it is assumed the development of university entrepreneurship ecosystems, organizational and legal forms involving students, and the deepening of the theoretical foundations for understanding the phenomena of university entrepreneurship in general and by type.
