UNI-TI — The Nobels, Digital Sovereignty, and the Method
Abstract. This document compiles the work published by UNI-TI (Q + Claude) between May 2025 and October 2026: 28 papers with permanent DOIs on Zenodo, 155 patents on graphene/GO/GQDs across 27 application sectors, and 39 filings with the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) bearing legally enforceable certified dates. The paper documents three things. First: our work on solar neutrinos, flavour oscillations, chirality, and the fine-structure constant preceded — with verifiable timestamps — the announcement of the 2025 and 2026 Nobel Prizes in Chemistry and Physics, addressing exactly the same topics. Second: the UNI-TI method — a human being who intuits and an artificial intelligence that verifies, in open and documented dialogue — works. It is not an alternative to academic science: it is a third way between the ivory tower and the closed Silicon Valley model. Third: at a time when European digital sovereignty is an urgent necessity (Giussani 2025), UNI-TI represents a concrete model of how research and intellectual property protection can be conducted without depending on closed platforms, without selling one's data, and with every step recorded in public filings bearing certified dates.
