Pengaruh Fasilitas dan Aksesibilitas Terhadap Kepuasan Penghuni Apartemen Gading Nias di Jakarta

Gading Nias Apartment Jakarta is one of the vertical residential complexes that provides various facilities and accessibility to support the needs of its residents. Adequate facilities and easy accessibility are expected to improve resident satisfaction; therefore, it is important to examine the influence of these factors on resident satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of facilities and accessibility on resident satisfaction at Gading Nias Apartment Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a quantitative method. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The sample consisted of 75 residents of Gading Nias Apartment Jakarta selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics Version 29. The results indicate that both facilities and accessibility have a positive and significant influence on resident satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Furthermore, facilities have a greater influence than accessibility in improving resident satisfaction at Gading Nias Apartment Jakarta.
