D6.2 FRODDO Ethical and Legal Framework
This document represents the initial version of the FRODDO project's Ethical and Legal Framework, prepared in the context of D6.2 and taking into account its links with relevant tasks under WP1 and WP5 of the FRODDO project. The Framework establishes an initial basis for addressing the ethical and legal considerations relevant to the implementation of the FRODDO project. It adopts a dynamic and adaptive approach, reflecting the project's commitment to upholding high standards of legal compliance, ethical responsibility, transparency, and accountability while remaining responsive to emerging evidence and evolving legal, ethical, and technological developments. This document will directly inform the structure and execution of the pilots in WP5, ensuring that legal and ethical principles are adhered to throughout the project. Though minor adjustments might arise, the fundamental content provided in this document is anticipated to stay consistent. The current initial version of this document will be updated in its final version at M36.
