Second-Generation AI: The Hybrid Survivability Criterion. Open specification, version 0.2 / ИИ второго поколения: критерий гибридной выживаемости
An open specification proposing that a generation of AI be defined not by a model's power or speed, but by the hybrid survivability of the human operator and the machine as a single system: its harmlessness in three circles — for the operator, for the people around while it works, and for the people affected by the outcome. It starts from the nature of hybrid text: written by creators of different natures who seem to speak one language, instrumental, fast to synthesize, scalable, and contagious for people and for the next AI models. First generation extends human capabilities; second generation extends and protects. The specification distinguishes system outcome from the contribution of model training, lists eight functions of a second-generation model, a signature threshold for hybrid texts, a two-stage evaluation design with a severity scale, and the closest prior work. Companion to the essay "The Second Generation of AI". English and Russian versions. Written with the participation of AI (Claude, ChatGPT, DeepSeek).
