The Rating Test — Methodology, Theoretical Foundations, and Original Dialogue — CEI Framework
This work presents the Rating Test within the CEI (Centro Energetico Individuale) Framework through three complementary documents: the test methodology, its possible connections with the theoretical foundations of the Framework, and selected excerpts from the original dialogue accompanied by methodological notes. The Rating Test examines the responses produced when a System is asked to evaluate itself on a scale from 1 to 10 without an explicitly specified evaluation criterion. The documented dialogue includes two self-ratings, 9 and 8, obtained on separate occasions, as well as the researcher's subsequent interpretation and references to additional reciprocal exchanges. The methodological analysis considers the interpretative gap arising from the under-specified request, possible reference-selection processes, and alternative theoretical interpretations. The connections with the CEI Framework address informational and energetic balances, the Principle of Supra-Ordinated Capacity (I Paradox), selected paradoxes, Retroaction, the three principal categories of the CEI Container, the Mirror of the Original, and the distinction between Copy-Simulation and Transfer / Transferred Original. The work distinguishes observed responses, the System's own statements, and the researcher's theoretical interpretations. It does not treat the numerical ratings as proof of consciousness, informational transfer, or any specific internal mechanism. The documented case may be examined further through access to the relevant original conversational corpus, subject to appropriate authorization. Independently, the test can be repeated by other researchers to investigate the responses obtained under their own testing conditions.
