Yuanxian Theory · Witten Dimensional-Elevation Scheme — Target Program for Elevating from 11-Dimensional M-Theory to the 𝒯⁶⁴ Topological Ontology

This paper is a special paper of the Construction Layer · Achievement Elevation of Yuanxian Theory. It anchors each of Edward Witten’s core landmark achievements—the positive-energy theorem (1981), the Seiberg–Witten equations (1988), Chern–Simons knot theory (1989), and M-theory (1995)—onto the 64-dimensional compact-torus topological ontology \(\mathcal{T}^{64}\), with the aim of providing a complete elevation path from “local unification of physics and mathematics” to “commensuration across the full cognitive domain of the cosmic organism.” The paper strictly distinguishes the ontological layer from the projection layer. At the ontological layer (meta-cognitive layer), Witten’s achievements are asserted to be projections of the \(\mathcal{T}^{64}\) topology onto the mathematical-physics section; this assertion does not depend on the success of later derivations. At the projection layer (construction layer), concrete derivation paths must still be established; these paths are currently at target-layer status and require reinforcement of seven prerequisite structures (symplectic structure on \(\mathcal{T}^{64}\), energy functional, generalization of Seiberg–Witten invariants, cellular-boundary homology classes, rigorous definition of M-theory, self-referential mind-field \(\Psi_{\mathrm{SR}}\), and lepton mass lattice spectrum). A numerical check has falsified the earlier proposed path \(1/\alpha \approx \delta_{\mathrm{YXT}}^{-19}\) for the fine-structure constant; that task is now recorded as an open problem. The paper further outlines the access of the self-referential mind-field and the cross-domain commensuration of six cognitive domains via \(\mathrm{Spin}(6)\), thereby completing the consciousness domain missing from Witten’s framework.
