Inferiority Complex through the Lens of Ekvilibro

The article examines the inferiority complex not as an isolated defect of self-esteem, but as a stable identification of consciousness with one of the poles of duality — “inferiority / superiority.” Drawing on the laws of the mechanics of consciousness of Ekvilibro, the author shows that struggling with feelings of inferiority and cultivating the opposite pole only amplify the pendulum between self-devaluation and compensatory grandiosity. The way out is described through a third position — the Observer at the zero point, from which both poles are visible simultaneously and do not require suppression. The practical part is presented by the “Ekvilibro Game” method. The article is addressed to all who are interested in the mechanics of consciousness, seek inner support, and are ready for practical self-reflection. No special preparation is required. Keywords: inferiority complex, Alfred Adler, Ekvilibro, psychology, duality, Observer, self-esteem, pendulum of consciousness, laws of the mechanics of consciousness, living psychology, Ekvilibro Game.
