Anthelmintic activity of Syzygium cumini and Solanum nigrum extracts against Toxocara canis and in silico identification of candidate P-glycoprotein-binding phytochemicals

This three-dimensional (3D) structure of T. canis P-glycoprotein (Tc-Pgp-11) transporter was modeled using the trRosetta web server. The trRosetta algorithm predicts protein structures with high accuracy by integrating restricted Rosetta modeling with direct energy minimization.

Abstract

This three-dimensional (3D) structure of T. canis P-glycoprotein (Tc-Pgp-11) transporter was modeled using the trRosetta web server. The trRosetta algorithm predicts protein structures with high accuracy by integrating restricted Rosetta modeling with direct energy minimization.
