“Co-Creating Faith:” A Spiritual Formation Model for the Next Generation in Christian Secondary Education
This article explores the educational strategy of “co-creation” as a means of fostering spiritual formation in a Christian high school context. This study found that when students were invited into interpersonal relationships, given space for dialogue, empowered with authority, and called into co-mission, they began to own their faith as a lived reality. This study offers Christian schools and ministries a framework for integrating co-creation into a spiritual formation plan relevant to current student generations.
