OSCARS Updated Dissemination Strategy - 2026-2028

This document updates the OSCARS Dissemination Strategy for the final two years of project implementation (2026–2028). It builds on the foundations established in D4.3 – Exploitation Plan (July 2024) and on the results, impacts, and lessons learnt documented in the 1st Periodic Report (January 2024 – December 2025). It should be read alongside the exploitation framework defined in D4.3 and will be further refined through the deliverable D4.4 – Mid-term OSCARS Open Call (OC) Impact Results (due November 2026). Dissemination in the years 2026-2028 is substantially different in character from the first two years. The period of establishing communication channels, processes, and community visibility is largely complete. What is now required is a systematic, evidence-based effort to put the focus on the concrete results of the 70 funded projects, communicate their significance to specific audiences, and ensure that the Open Science knowledge, best practices and services produced with EU funding reaches stakeholders beyond the immediate OSCARS community.
